Refund and Returns Policy

We are committed to providing a smooth and trustworthy shopping experience for every customer, no matter where you are in the world. Our products are available for international delivery, and we want you to feel confident knowing that if something doesn’t work out, returning or exchanging your item is always an option.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 calendar days from the date your order was delivered. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned in its original, unused condition, complete with all original packaging and labels intact. Items that show visible signs of wear, damage, or use may not be accepted for return. For hygienic reasons, we are unable to accept returns on certain categories of products such as razors, clippers, and grooming tools once they have been opened or used.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to be processed, depending on your financial institution. If more time has passed and you still haven’t received your refund, we recommend checking with your bank or card provider before reaching out to us.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we are happy to replace the item at no additional cost to you. In such cases, we kindly ask that you notify us within 7 days of receiving your package and include photo evidence when possible. Please note that return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or an error occurred on our part.

Refunds and returns are not available for gift cards, promotional items, clearance products, or tools that have been used or altered in any way. We do not offer refunds for minor variations in color or size due to screen differences or manual measurement.
